Not Berlin's hippest 'hoods

Dear Investors, please deconsider buying a house or a flat in our area. It's definitely NOT a nice, vibrating or cool spot of Berlin. There are many poor and aggressive people living here and the police doesn't always react in a comprehensive way. Here you see an ID-control which went bad for dubious reasons.
